GT Heavy Lubricator, (30L or 60L reservoir), 24V, with timer, low level, oil with up to 5 outlets
The CisoLube GT Heavy 24V is a robust, high-pressure, large-volume hard-wired lubricator pump and the heart of a progressive lubrication system designed for intermittent or continuous pre-programmed lubrication cycles. Running on 24V AC mains power and available with a 30L or 60L metal reservoir, it delivers up to 300 bar (30 MPa) of outlet pressure — enough to reach grease points more than 20m away. When coupled with progressive divider valves, it can serve anywhere from a single lubrication point to many hundreds, making it the go-to centralised lubrication solution for heavy industry, agriculture, wind power, and mining.

Features
•300 bar (30 MPa) maximum outlet pressure — capable of reaching lubrication points more than 20m from the pump unit
•Mains-powered 24V AC operation — purpose-built for fixed plant, workshops, and permanently powered industrial installations
•Large-volume 30L or 60L metal reservoir with flip lid for extended operation between refills on high-demand machinery
•Progressive divider valve system with up to 24 outlets per valve — scales from 1 to hundreds of lubrication points using primary and secondary valve networks; spool design prevents lubricant from taking the path of least resistance
•Integrated programmable timer with manual override (TMR) for standalone operation, or order without timer (NTMR) for pure PLC-driven control
•Low-level and pulse alarm with warning light and audible buzzer (LL option) — alerts operators before lubricant runs out or a cycle fault occurs
•Electrical switch monitoring on the main divider valve provides cycle confirmation and system fault detection
•1 to 5 pumping elements configurable at time of order — each displacing 4 ml/min, fine-tunable with adjustment washers (−1 ml/min per washer, max 2 washers)
•IP67-rated housing engineered for extreme environments — operates reliably from −50°C to +90°C
Applications
•Heavy machinery and steel works requiring high-pressure, large-volume centralised lubrication from a permanent mains-powered installation
•Agricultural machinery operating across extended intervals between maintenance stops where large reservoir capacity is essential
•Wind power equipment with multiple lubrication points requiring reliable, automated greasing in remote or elevated installations
•Mining equipment operating in harsh, dusty, and wet environments where IP67 protection and extreme-temperature performance are critical
•Any fixed industrial installation requiring scalable progressive lubrication — from a handful of bearings to hundreds of simultaneous lube points
