CLS Complete Lube System for Seeders
The CLS Complete Lube System for Seeders is Lube Control's centralised grease lubrication solution designed specifically for agricultural seeders ā lubricating all tine, coulter and pivot points automatically during operation. Built around the Ciso GT Plus 12V pump (4L reservoir) and a master/secondary DXF progressive divider valve network, the system delivers a precise, pre-programmed dose of grease to every point on the seeder simultaneously, eliminating manual greasing and reducing dirt ingress. Available in configurations to suit seeders with 80 to 160 grease points, each kit comes fully assembled with hoses, tubes, divider valves, fittings and a system drawing/layout.

Note: Although the CLS system for Seeders is designed for NLGI 2 grease, NLGI 1 or NLGI 0 grease is recommended for large systems with more than 100 grease points to ensure good flow throughout the system.
