Memolub PLC Pump
The Memolub PLCD Series is a PLC-controlled automatic single-point lubricator designed for seamless integration into externally powered industrial machinery and automation systems. Powered entirely by an external 24V AC/DC supply — no internal batteries required — the PLCD and PLCD Plus variants deliver precise, on-demand lubrication of grease and oil to bearings, open gears, and other critical lube points directly from your existing PLC or timer device. Available in 120cc, 240cc, and 480cc cartridge sizes as well as a 500ml refillable oil reservoir, the PLCD Series is built for continuous industrial operation with short-circuit protection and a transparent housing for visual lubricant level monitoring.

Always use only manufacturer-recommended lubricant cartridges. Do not open the housing — the internal spring is under load. Continuous mode is for oils only; use intermittent mode for greases with a minimum 15-minute interval between strokes. For viscosity levels outside 100–460 cSt or voltage requirements outside the standard range, contact your local distributor.
