Universal Centralised Lubrication Kit to suit up to 22 grease points
The Universal Centralised Lubrication System Kit is Lube Control's complete, ready-to-install grease lubrication solution for machines with up to 22 bearing points. Built around the Ciso GT Plus pump (4L reservoir) and a DSP progressive divider valve, the kit automatically delivers a fixed 0.2 ml dose of grease to each bearing simultaneously during operation ā eliminating manual greasing and ensuring consistent lubrication across harsh environments and continuous duty applications. Available in configurations from 6 to 22 grease points, each kit includes 5m of 6mm tube per outlet, all fittings, a feeder hose assembly and a manual/instruction booklet.

Replace XXX in the part number with 12V, 24V or 240V to specify voltage. All kits are supplied with straight 1/8BSP fittings ā contact Lube Control for alternative sizes or elbows. Oil can be used in place of grease but must be specified at time of order as an oil filler is installed at the factory.
