ILC MINIMAX adjustable element
The 00.900.3 is the adjustable metering pumping element for the ILC MINI-MAX Series piston electric pump, designed to supply progressive metering devices. Unlike fixed-flow elements, the 00.900.3 features a built-in safety valve that automatically discharges excess pressure over 200 bar, and its flow rate is user-adjustable from 0 to 120 mm³ per cycle by loosening the counter nut and rotating the adjustment screw. It measures 112.5 mm in total length and 66 mm in height, with a 1/4" BSP inlet thread. The initial fittings must be ordered separately, and a closing torque of 21 Nm must be applied to ensure proper tightening and gasket seal.
