CisoLube - Standard Injectors
The VL-1 Series Metering Valves are high-pressure, externally adjustable metering devices designed for single-line centralised lubrication systems. Compatible with greases up to NLGI 2 and fluoroelastomer packings, they are shipped with manifold distributor blocks configured from 1 to 6 ports — making them ready to connect to the exact number of lubrication points required. An indicator pin on each device provides a simple visual confirmation that the metering device is operating correctly, and individual valves can be removed and replaced without disturbing the rest of the manifold assembly. Built from carbon steel and rated for operating pressures between 128 and 241 bar, the VL-1 Series is engineered for demanding environments including mining, mineral processing, construction, and heavy industry.
