ILC DPX Divider Valve
The ILC DPX Series are progressive divider valves that dose lubricant through a sequential piston movement driven by a single delivery flow. Each piston controls the next in the sequence — if any piston malfunctions, experiences external clogging, or has an outlet plugged, the entire sequence stops, providing built-in system fault detection. A single visual or electrical control is sufficient to monitor the entire distribution process, and the pump flowrate is fractionable by arranging doser blocks in cascade. Available with 3 to 12 pistons, discharge volumes of 25 to 105 mm³ per stroke, and operating pressures from 15 to 300 bar, the DPX system is a high-quality, high-tolerance solution for dosing oil and grease to journals and bearings across a wide range of industrial applications.

Features & Benefits
•Positive discharge of a precisely measured lubricant quantity is guaranteed at every cycle
•Built-in system fault detection — if any piston malfunctions, any outlet becomes clogged, or any unused outlet is plugged, the entire piston sequence stops, alerting operators to the fault location
•A single visual or electrical control point monitors the entire distribution process
•Cascade configuration — a master block can supply one or more progressive dosers, which can in turn supply further downstream doser blocks (maximum two cascades after the master is recommended for compressibility and aeration reasons)
•Each piston can feed 1 or 2 outlets — the separation dowel allows discharge to both sides, or outlets can be combined; one outlet per piston can also be plugged to redirect flow (note: both outlets of a piston cannot be shut simultaneously)
•Long operational life assured by careful selection of high-grade materials and strict quality control — body in Cr-V free zinc-nickel galvanised steel
•System design flexibility — wide range of discharge volumes (25, 45, 75, 105 mm³/stroke) and element counts (3–12 pistons) allow precise tailoring to application requirements
•Dividers are supplied with the separation dowel inserted and both outlets open as standard
