Castrol Radicool Pg Premix
Castrol Radicool PG Premix is a ready-to-use, fully formulated hybrid technology propylene glycol based engine coolant. It has the advantage of being more robust than both conventional and organic acid technology (OAT) coolants, enabling use of a single product across the cooling systems of mixed fleets of heavy duty diesel engines. It is a low silicate, phosphate and amine free product recommended for all heavy-duty diesel applications, providing excellent high temperature aluminium protection. Radicool PG Premix has been premixed to 50% v/v with demineralised water and does not require an initial charge of supplemental coolant additives (SCAs) upon initial fill, as it is specially formulated to protect heavy duty diesel wet sleeve liners. It is recommended for use in mining, transport, farming and marine operations, with an extended life formulation providing up to 6 years / 12,000 hours / 1,000,000 km (whichever comes first) of off-road maintenance-free service without the need for SCA, and is suitable for vehicle types requiring Caterpillar EC1, Cummins 14603, MTU (EVP 1 1827/MTL5048) or Detroit Diesel (Bulletin #7SE 298) specifications. This is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use coolant – do not dilute further.

HOW TO USE
| •Chemically compatible with other OAT or conventional type heavy duty coolants |
| •To maintain the full benefits of the extended service life formula, it is strongly recommended that the diesel cooling system is completely drained and refilled with Radicool PG Premix |
| •Any chemical filters containing SCA should be replaced with blank filters |
| •Do not add to a cooling system that is already contaminated or in poor condition – flush with fresh water to remove contaminants and drain completely; if this is not sufficient, affected components should be removed and physically or chemically cleaned before refilling |
