CisoLube - Large Injectors
The VL-1X Series are high-pressure metering valves designed for single-line centralised lubrication systems. Shipped as complete sets with manifolds from 1 to 6 ports, each valve delivers an externally adjustable metering quantity of 0.25 to 1.31 ml per cycle and is compatible with greases up to NLGI 2 and fluoroelastomer packings. An indicator pin on each valve provides a visual check of operation without disassembly, and individual metering devices can be removed easily for inspection or replacement. Built from carbon steel and rated for operating pressures of 128 to 241 bar, the VL-1X Series is well-suited to heavy-duty applications in construction, mining, and the steel industry.
