The ILC MAX 240V AC (also designated 230V AC) is a high-pressure progressive automatic lubrication pump for grease, and the fastest-running model in the ILC MAX series at 29 RPM. It delivers up to 4.64 cm³ of grease per minute via a fixed pumping element, achieves a maximum operating pressure of 250 bar, and is compatible with greases from NLGI 000 through to NLGI 2. Available with 2 kg, 4 kg, or 8 kg transparent plastic reservoirs, the 240V AC model features a taller base block (H3 = 139.5 mm) compared to the 12V/24V DC variants, and can be paired with DPX progressive divider valves to automatically service hundreds of lubrication points from a single unit.

Expandable via DPX progressive divider valves — scales from 1 to hundreds of automatic lubrication points from a single pump
Internally mounted stirring paddle continuously primes springless pump elements with grease — prevents cavitation and ensures consistent output
Grease strainer fitted as standard — prevents debris from entering the system
Low-level switch generates a pulse signal at every rotation when the reservoir is empty — enables automatic low-level alarm integration
Optional integrated electronic control timer built into the housing cover — programmable working times and pause times for fully automatic intermittent or continuous lubrication cycles
IP56-rated motor housing in reinforced Nylon PA6 + 30% fibreglass with O-ring seals — suitable for harsh outdoor and industrial environments
