ILC MAX pumping elements
ILC MAX pumping elements are the heart of the ILC MAX Lubricator, delivering grease at over 200 bar pressure. Both fixed and adjustable pumping elements are available. The direct-mounted electric geared motor drives an internal rotating cam, which can actuate up to three externally mounted pump elements.

ADJUSTMENT & SERVICE NOTES
| Discharge Adjustment | Loosen the lock nut, then set distance A by turning the adjusting screw in or out using the setting table above. Distance A must not exceed 23.6 mm. |
| Relief Valve Adjustment | Loosen the locking nut and turn the setscrew clockwise to increase or counter-clockwise to decrease relief pressure (60 – 400 bar), as required by the system application. |
| Element Removal | Loosen the assembly and tilt it so the piston head is turned up, then remove gently, taking care not to leave the piston in the cavity. |
| Element Insertion | Clean the port of lubricant and position the cam at its highest point. Insert the element with the piston extended and drop the piston into the cam groove, then screw the element into the pump body. Priming may take a few revolutions; verify grease output. |
| Tightening Torque | Sealing plug and pumping element: no more than 25 – 30 N·m |
