Complete Lube System, 24V, 2L to suit 2 x Screen Bearings in Quarry and Mines
The CLS-SCREEN-2PTS-24V is Lube Control's complete centralised lubrication system designed specifically for mining and quarry screen bearings — covering both the drive and non-drive bearings in a single system. Built around the Ciso GT Plus pump and a 2-outlet DXF progressive divider valve, the kit delivers a precise, pre-programmed dose of grease to each bearing continuously during operation, forming a grease collar that keeps dust out and eliminates the need for manual greasing. The standard 2L reservoir will last between 10 and 40 weeks depending on the grease quantity set, and the system is rated for the harshest mining and quarrying environments.
